My father passed away 3 years ago December, without a will. I am
fighting with my step-mother who has never settled the estate (I live
on part of the property my dad was going to leave to me). I can't
afford to pay my lawyer to get this over with and will need to pay off
a mortgage on the property when I do get my lawyer paid. Are
there grant programs that will help to pay lawyer fees and mortgages on
property? Or am I just wasting my time sifting through all these web
pages? Thanks for any help or advice
